We refer to the earlier announcements dated 25 April 2012 and 23 July 2012 in relation to the Proposed Capital Distribution.
On behalf of the Board of Directors of DiGi, Hong Leong Investment Bank Berhad is pleased to announce that a copy of the order of the High Court of Malaya confirming the Capital Distribution has been lodged with the Registrar of Companies (Companies Commission of Malaysia) on 19 September 2012. Accordingly, with effect from 19 September 2012, the par value of the ordinary shares of DiGi Telecommunications Sdn Bhd has been reduced from RM1.00 to RM0.01. This announcement is dated 19 September 2012. |
