Reference is made to DiGi.Com Berhad's (“DiGi”) Circular to Shareholders in relation to the Proposed Renewal of Shareholder Existing Shareholders’ Mandate for RRPT of a revenue or trading nature ("Proposed Mandate") dated 20 April 2010 ("the RRPT Circular"). The ordinary resolution on the Proposed Mandate had been approved by the shareholders of DiGi at the Annual General Meeting held on 13 May 2010.
Pursuant to Paragraph 10.09(2)(e) of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad Main Market Listing Requirements and Paragraph 2.5 of Practice Note 12, DiGi wishes to announce the variation in the actual value of the RRPT transacted with Telenor Group (“Telenor”) from the estimated value as disclosed in the RRPT Circular as set out in Table A below. The variation is due to the new initiatives to further strengthen DiGi’s competitiveness, and this required additional subject matter expertise and skills particularly within the area of operational efficiency.
