At the 7th AGM held on 28 April 2004, the shareholders of the Company had granted a mandate for the Company and its subsidiaries to enter into recurrent related party transactions. In accordance with paragraph 4.1.4 of Practice Note 12/2001 of the Listing Requirements, this shareholders’ mandate unless revoked or varied by the Company in a general meeting is expiring at the conclusion of the forthcoming AGM. The Company is proposing to seek renewal of the existing mandate and new mandate for additional Recurrent Related Party Transactions of a revenue or trading nature at the forthcoming AGM.
A circular setting out the details of the Proposed Mandate will be despatched to the shareholders of the Company in due course.
